OUR NEXT CHAPTER

Those who preach to "step outside of your comfort zone," would be quite proud of us as we pole vaulted completely outside of our comfort zone all the way into a completely different zip code! We knew when we purchased the farm we were getting the chance explore the ideas we had talked about for years and finally follow our dreams.  In all of our wildest dreams, two themes held strong - running a Bed & Breakfast and raising our own food. I have a background in events and Rodger, well, he just seems to know everything!  I've secretly tested his skills and he continues to amaze me every day! While we are fully aware of the challenges ahead, making our dreams into reality is worth every single minute.  

We could not have been blessed with a more perfect farm. The original farm house was built around 1880 and has gone though many transformations over the last 137 years. This magical place we now call home houses an original chestnut barn, a second barn equipped with several animal stalls, a potting shed, and chicken coop, a larger than life garden, and the main farmhouse. Over the many years the farmhouse has been expanded and now includes 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 porches to view each and every beautiful sunrise and sunset.  As if that weren’t enough, there is also a separate guest house, which we lovingly call The Nests. The Nests is made up of three separate 'apartments' that we are renovating into our very own luxury Bed & Breakfast.
