• Not suitable for pets

• No parties or events

• Adult only

• Check-in after 3 p.m.

• Check-out by 12 p.m.

Please also acknowledge:

• Must be able to climb stairs - 12 steps

• Potential for noise - Working farm

• Pet(s) and farm animals on property - Working farm

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is flexible, but if it turns out that you are unable to experience Chapman Knoll on your specified stay dates, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancel up to 72-hours before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48-hours of your trip will result in a charge for your first night's stay.

Farm waiver

When booking a reservation and staying or shopping at Chapman Knoll, you understand and acknowledge that Chapman Knoll is a working farm, with the attending inherent risks, and hereby release and discharge the Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers or agents from any and all liability arising from accident, injury, theft, or damages that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, while visiting the Farm. You further agree that you will not sue the Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers or agents for any liability arising from accident, injury, theft, or damages that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, while visiting the Farm.
